SuiteWright Shop
Pre-liveOnline store for Cambodia — one stock list behind web, admin and a phone app
Running on the pre-production environment — not yet in production.
An e-commerce platform for shops selling online in Cambodia and ASEAN — an online store, a staff back office and a phone app all reading the same stock, so the site cannot sell what the shelf no longer has. Customers pay by Bakong KHQR, ABA PayWay, card or PayPal, and your currency, tax, delivery charges and branding are changed from a settings screen rather than by a developer.
The classic e-commerce failure is a storefront and a back office that disagree about stock. This avoids it structurally: one inventory, three interfaces onto it — so the thing a customer buys online is the same number the shop floor is looking at.
The payments are the Cambodian part — a gateway here is a strategy behind one interface, so Bakong KHQR sits beside Stripe as a first-class option rather than a plugin bolted on afterwards. Of the nine systems this one has the most commits and the most migrations, and it is the only one whose test coverage cannot go down: the build compares against the last number and fails if it slipped.
What it replaces
The jobs that eat the week
- A shop page on social media, with orders arriving as chat messagesA real storefront with a checkout, and orders in one list
- Selling something online that sold in the shop an hour agoOne stock list, so the site and the shelf never disagree
- Asking customers to transfer and send a screenshot as proofKHQR and card payment taken at checkout, confirmed automatically
- Messaging a developer to change a delivery fee or a tax rateA settings screen you change yourself, with no deploy
- Reconciling orders from three places at the end of the dayOne order list, whichever way the customer bought
Questions
Frequently asked
Can customers pay by KHQR?
Yes. Bakong KHQR and ABA PayWay for customers in Cambodia, and card or PayPal for customers abroad — all at checkout, confirmed automatically rather than by someone checking a screenshot of a transfer.
Will the website and the physical shop disagree about stock?
No, and that is the structural point of it. The storefront, the staff back office and the phone app all read one stock list rather than keeping their own, which is the classic way online shops end up selling what is no longer on the shelf.
Can we change prices, tax or delivery charges ourselves?
Yes. Currency, tax, delivery charges, the emails customers receive and your branding are all settings you change yourself. None of them need a developer or a redeploy.
Is there a phone app?
Yes, reading the same catalogue and stock as the website, so you are not maintaining a second product list.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your catalogue size and whether you want the phone app. Tell us roughly what you sell and how much of it, and you will get a straight number.
