Information, not advice

Everything published here is general information about what we build and how we work. It is not technical, legal, financial or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to adopt any particular system or approach. Your circumstances differ from the examples described. Take proper advice before making a decision that matters.

Systems described as Pre-live

We label systems honestly, and the label carries a consequence worth stating in its own right:

A Pre-live system is deployed to a pre-production environment for demonstration. It is not in production service for any customer.
Screenshots, feature lists and module descriptions on those pages reflect what is built at the time of writing. Features may change before general availability, and some may be withdrawn.
Nothing about a Pre-live system is a commitment to a release date, and no availability, support or data-durability guarantee applies to it.

Where a system reaches production, its status label changes and the corresponding commitments in our Terms of Service begin to apply.

Accuracy

We take care that what is published here is accurate at the time of writing, including the counts of systems built and deployed, which are generated from our own records rather than typed by hand. We do not warrant that every page is complete or current, and we may change or remove content without notice. If you spot something wrong, please tell us — we would rather fix it than defend it.

Forward-looking statements

Statements about systems in development, planned features or intended commercial terms describe our current intention. They are not promises, and they may change as the work proceeds.

Third-party names and trade marks

Product and company names on this site — including Bakong, ABA PayWay, Stripe, Cloudflare, PostgreSQL, NestJS, Next.js and others — are the trade marks of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their use does not imply any endorsement of us by them, or any affiliation, partnership or sponsorship.

SuiteWright and the SuiteWright mark are ours. Veltacode is a sister studio under common ownership.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a vulnerability in this site or in one of our systems, please report it to hello@suitewright.com before disclosing it publicly, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith and does not access, alter or exfiltrate other people's data in the process. Please do not run automated scanning or load testing against our infrastructure without asking first.

This document is published in English and Khmer. The two are intended to say the same thing. If they differ, the English version governs — not because it matters more, but because it is the version that was drafted and reviewed, and a contract needs one authoritative text.
