Privacy Policy

The short version

This site has no user accounts, no database and no tracking cookies. The only personal data we receive is what you type into the contact form. It is emailed to us and it is not stored on this site.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, you give us:

• Your name and email address — required, so we can reply.
• Company and which system you are asking about — optional.
• Your message.

Separately, and automatically, our hosting provider processes technical data on every request: your IP address, browser user agent and the page requested. This is standard server and security logging, and we do not combine it with anything you send us.

We do not collect special-category data, we do not buy or sell contact lists, and we do not profile you or make automated decisions about you.

Why we are allowed to use it

You send it to us so that we can respond to your enquiry, which is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact our business. Technical logging and the anti-spam check rest on our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and free of automated abuse. If you would rather not use the form, email us instead — the same terms apply.

Who else receives it

Three companies process data on our behalf. None of them are permitted to use it for their own purposes:

Because these providers operate internationally, your data is processed outside Cambodia, principally in the United States. We rely on each provider's own published transfer safeguards, linked above.

How long we keep it

Enquiries arrive as email and stay in our mailbox. We keep them for as long as the conversation is useful and delete them when it is not — in practice, no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless you have become a client, in which case the correspondence is kept for the life of the engagement and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require. Server and analytics logs are retained by our hosting provider on their own schedule, typically a matter of days.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies at all, and writes nothing to local or session storage. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors, so there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. The full detail is in our Cookie Policy.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Ask at privacy@suitewright.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge. If you are in a jurisdiction with a statutory data protection regulator, you also have the right to complain to it.

Security, honestly stated

The site is served over HTTPS, the contact endpoint is rate-limited and protected by a bot check, and enquiry data is held in an email mailbox with multi-factor authentication rather than in an application database. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Children

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date at the top and, where the change affects data we already hold, contact you directly.
