Cookie Policy

This site sets no cookies. That is the whole policy — the rest explains how it manages that, and what the two Cloudflare services do instead.

This document is complete in substance but does not yet name a registered company number or a confirmed contact mailbox. Those are in src/data/legal.ts. Until they are filled in, treat this as a good-faith statement of practice rather than a finished legal instrument, and have it reviewed by a qualified adviser before relying on it.

We set no cookies

We checked rather than assumed. On 6 August 2026 we loaded the home page, the contact page and a system page in a clean browser and inspected what was written: no cookies, no local storage, no session storage, on any of them — including the contact page with the anti-spam widget fully loaded.

That is why you have not been shown a consent banner. Consent is required for storing or reading information on your device that is not strictly necessary. We store nothing, so there is nothing to ask you about, and a banner would be theatre.

What runs instead

Cloudflare Web Analytics. Every page loads a small measurement script from static.cloudflareinsights.com. It counts page views, referrers and rough performance figures so we know which pages are worth keeping. It is cookieless: it does not store an identifier on your device and does not fingerprint your browser, so it cannot follow you between sites or recognise you on a return visit. We see totals, not people.

This is injected by our hosting platform at the edge rather than by anything in the site's own code — worth stating plainly, because reading the source alone would not reveal it.

Cloudflare Turnstile — contact page only. The contact form is protected by Turnstile, which loads from challenges.cloudflare.com and confirms you are not an automated script. It is Cloudflare's privacy-preserving alternative to a CAPTCHA, and in our measurement it set no cookie on this site. It appears on /contact/ and nowhere else. It is strictly necessary — without it the form would be filled by bots within days.

What we do not use

  • No advertising or retargeting pixels.
  • No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight or similar.
  • No embedded social media widgets or share buttons.
  • No third-party fonts — typefaces are served from this domain, so no font provider sees your IP address.
  • No session recording, heatmaps or A/B testing tools.

Controlling it anyway

Since nothing is stored, there is nothing for you to clear. If you would prefer the analytics script not to load at all, any content blocker or your browser's tracking protection will stop it, and the site will work exactly as before.

If this changes

Language of this document

This document is published in English and Khmer. The two are intended to say the same thing. If they differ, the English version governs — not because it matters more, but because it is the version that was drafted and reviewed, and a contract needs one authoritative text.
