SuiteWright Hotel

Pre-live

Hotel management system for Cambodia — direct bookings, front desk, KHQR

Running on the pre-production environment — not yet in production.

A hotel management system and booking engine for properties in Cambodia and ASEAN — take direct bookings from your own website in English and Khmer, run the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance from one screen, and keep the online travel agents in step so the last room cannot be sold twice. Guests pay by Bakong KHQR, card or PayPal, and staff get a phone app.

Availability is the hard part of hospitality software: the moment two channels can both sell the last room, you have a business problem, not a software one. SuiteWright Hotel treats availability as the system’s core invariant — one number every channel reads from, rather than a count each one keeps for itself.

The access control is the part worth copying. Permissions and the menus they unlock are seeded by migration, not hardcoded — so granting a new role is a schema change that travels with the deploy and can be rolled back with it, rather than an edit to a list buried in the frontend. In practice that means “the night manager can now issue refunds” is a controlled change, not a favour.

What it replaces

The jobs that eat the week

  • A booking calendar on a whiteboard, or a spreadsheet per monthOne live availability view every channel reads from
  • Double bookings discovered when the second guest arrivesAvailability held as a single source of truth across every channel
  • Paying commission on bookings that could have come to you directlyA booking engine on your own site, in the guest's language
  • Housekeeping status shouted across the corridor or written on a clipboardRoom status updated on a phone and visible at the desk immediately
  • Rates rewritten by hand for high season, on every channelPricing rules that adjust rates without anyone retyping them

Questions

Frequently asked

Can guests book directly on our own website?

Yes — that is the main reason to run it. The booking engine sits on your own site in English and Khmer with live availability, so a guest can book without going through an agent, and you keep the commission on that booking.

Will it stop us double-booking the last room?

That is the problem it is designed around. Availability is held as one source of truth that every channel reads from, rather than each channel keeping its own count and the two disagreeing until somebody arrives.

Can guests pay with KHQR?

Yes — Bakong KHQR at checkout, plus card and PayPal for guests booking from overseas.

Does it cover housekeeping and maintenance, or only bookings?

Both. Room status, cleaning and maintenance jobs are part of the same system as the reservations, along with staff timesheets and the revenue side, so the front desk is not switching between three tools.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size of the property and whether you need channel management. Tell us how many rooms you run and you will get a straight number rather than a quote process.

Is SuiteWright Hotel available yet?

It is pre-live — built, deployed and running on our pre-production environment, but not yet in production. Get in touch to see it running or to talk about being an early pilot.
